If you would rather email me a spreadsheet with your guests names on, this is absolutely fine, but please note my processing time will not start until I have received your names. For example if my processing time is set at 1-2 weeks, you pay for the items on the 1st of the month but don't supply names until the 4th of the month, I will not be able to start work on your order until the 4th and will update your dispatch time accordingly. Please bear this in mind when ordering!

Standard processing time is usually 1-3 weeks, however this varies depending on orders and I always update my expected dispatch times to manage your expectations. If you need an item sooner than is currently listed, please drop me an email and I’ll see if I can turnaround quicker.
